"Kappo Yebisuan" is located in a multi-tenant building in Minami, Osaka.
In this city known for its laughter and culinary delights, "Umaimon" represents a lucky charm that brings good fortune and health. It's a delicious treat that naturally brings smiles and is believed to be a harbinger of prosperity. We aim to enhance your joyful moments with dishes made from seasonal ingredients and expertly crafted broth.

In this unpretentious town where discerning palates seek out great value, we hope you will feel comfortable enjoying authentic kappo without any pretense.

Savor the Season

A town of merchants where exceptional food and high-quality goods come together. In this town where authenticity is paramount and there is no room for pretense, great care is taken in selecting ingredients, as well as the broth and water.

To fully enhance the flavors of the ingredients and enjoy them to the fullest, it is essential to carefully select and examine them. We select the freshest seasonal ingredients based on the season and production area, and enhance them with the techniques we have honed and high-quality broth.
Our top priority is to serve the best seasonal ingredients that are only available at that particular time.

Enjoy the appearance, savor the aroma, feel the texture and crunch, and listen to the experience. We deliver seasonal foods that engage all five senses.

Thank you for visiting the website of our restaurant, "Kappo Yebisuan". My name is Sadahiro Tanaka, the owner and chef.

My culinary foundation was built at "Sakuichi", a renowned restaurant in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. Under the guidance of its owner, Mr. Koichi Okunaga, I learned not only refined techniques, but also the deep sense of gratitude toward guests and the heartfelt spirit that should be present in every dish.

At Yebisuan, I strive to honor the traditions I learned at "Sakuichi" while also blending in my own sensibilities and the rich, seasonal bounty of this land. This harmony is the essence of the Japanese cuisine we pursue.

The name "Yebisuan" reflects our wish: to bring joy, good fortune, and celebration to all who visit. With that in our hearts, we hope to offer you a truly memorable dining experience.
