OwnerTanaka Sadahiro

Born in 1986 in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture.
When he was a university student, he was introduced to the food and beverage industry through a part-time job, and he has been dedicated to it ever since.
He trained for eight years at a well-established kappo restaurant Sakuichi in Shinsaibashi. After working as a manager at a Japanese gastropub and as a chef at a sushi kappo restaurant, he has arrived at his current position.In addition to his work, he enjoys exploring various eateries as part of his studies and has a hobby of riding road bikes.
